Joe Salazar, L.Ac., is a licensed Acupuncturist in the state of California. He received his Master’s degree in traditional oriental medicine at Emperor’s College in Santa Monica, CA. In addition to his course work at Emperor’s, he interned at UCLA’s Arthur Ashe Student Health Center and completed an orthopedic program specifically designed for acupuncturists at Cedar Sinai’s Medical Center in Beverly Hills. Joe is Certified in Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture as well. Each treatment generally consists of a combination of acupuncture, electro-acupuncture, cupping (the use of glass jars and heat relieve muscle aches and pains), herbal medicine, exercise and bodywork. Most insurances are accepted.
