Text Box: Located in a central location, Optimal Health can be visited by taking the I-5 or 14 Freeways. From the I-5 South: Exit Lyons Avenue and turn left, go down about two miles and make a right on Peachland Avenue. We are located in the second building on your left. From the I-5 North: Exit Lyons Avenue and turn right, go down about two miles and make a right on Peachland Avenue. We are located in the second building on your left. From the 14 North: Exit San Fernando Road, follow the turn and turn right. Go down about three miles and turn left on Lyons Avenue. Go about two more miles and turn left on Peachland Avenue. We are located in the second building on your left. From the 14 South: Exit San Fernando Road and turn right. Go down about three miles and turn left on Lyons Avenue. Go about two more miles and turn left on Peachland Avenue. We are located in the second building on your left.
